Salespersons must take a 25-hour post-license course in their first year of licensure.
If you have been licensed as a salesperson for at least 3 years of the last five years, you are eligible to take the Broker Prelicense Course.
All real estate agents must complete a minimum of 36 hours of approved continuing education coursework during each 4 year renewal period to meet the Continuing Education requirements.

Cram Study Review Courses w/ Exam Prep
This course is for students who need to learn the Florida real estate laws for the Mutual Recognition 40-question law exam. This course is for applicants who hold a Sales Associate or Brokers license in the following certain states and who are non-residents of Florida.
