Instructor-Led
Becoming a real estate agent is your gateway to a career without ceilings or barriers. You can own your own business, make your schedule, and decide how successful you want to be. Many graduates of our real estate pre-license course have gone on to become mega-producing agents. Our instructors have the real estate experience to teach you what is needed to succeed at such a desired level.

Atlanta Partners Real Estate School has smaller class sizes, allowing personal attention for students. The $449 course fee includes materials, textbook, and course final exam. There are no hidden fees or book charges.
VIRTUAL
Atlanta Partners Real Estate School offers the best in online real estate education. Do you want to become a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent but don’t have the time to come to class because of work or your busy schedule? Sign up for our online pre-license class and earn your Georgia Real Estate License in the comfort of your own home. You will have access to the online course materials for six months from the date you enroll.

Upon completion of the online course modules, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires you to take a proctored course final exam. What does this mean? You will need to schedule a date and time to take the exam at an office location.

*There is no additional fee for the course final exam.
** You should take the course final exam within 2 months of completing the online course modules.
***Proctored final exams can be taken at any Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners office. We have locations in Augusta, Buford, Duluth, Newnan, Peachtree City, Snellville, Suwanee (South Forsyth County), Stockbridge, and Tucker.
Satisfy Your Post-License Course Requirements
Salespersons must take a 25-hour post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be one specifically approved by the Commission. Failure to complete a post-license course during the first year of being licensed will cause the license to lapse.
In-Person Broker Pre-license Course

If you have been licensed as a salesperson for at least 3 of the last 5 years, you are eligible to take the Broker Pre-license Course.
Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) Courses
The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) requires that all licensees licensed after January 1, 1980, must complete a minimum of thirty-six (36) hours of approved continuing education coursework during each four (4) year renewal period to meet the Continuing Education requirements.
**Continuing Education hours will be reported electronically to GREC within seven (7) business days of course completion.**
