This is the course you must take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures. You have 3 ways to receive your textbook. 1. Pickup at 3325 Paddocks Parkway Suite 190 Suwanee GA 30024 2. Pickup at 2170 Satellite Blvd, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30097 3. Shipped to you for $15 (billed separately) Textbooks will be placed in the mail 4 business days prior to class beginning. If you register for class after this date, your textbook will be placed in the mail on the first day of class. If you register for class between the first and second day of class, your textbook will be placed in the mail on the second day of class. Textbook pickup is from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday, beginning four business days before class begins
