This is the course you must take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TEXTBOOK ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS * Final Exam 1 May 15th 6:00-10:00 & Final Exam 2 May 17th 9:00-1:00
