My philosophy is three-fold: (Foster Learning, Learning Never Ends, and Passion). 1. My job, as an instructor, is to create an atmosphere that fosters learning. 2. One of the most important concepts I hope to impart to my students is that learning is a process that never ends. 3. You must have a passion for guiding students through the learning process, in addition to the materials presented.
